Christopher Yggdre is an author and curator. He has been one of the founders of the journal "Les Périphériques vous parlent" and a member of the art collective Generation Chaos from 1993 to 2001. He has been involved in numerous initiatives at the intersection of the humanities, art, and social and environmental issues, including the "Manifeste pour la Mondialité" in 2001 with the philosopher Edouard Glissant. He has beenat the origin of different projects and structures in the cultural and artistic field, including the cooperative Co-Errances, the Fonds de Dotation agnès b., the Agency in Paris.

Since October 2020, he is the artistic director of the french Foundation LAccolade - Institute of France, founded by Catherine Doblerand since February 2022, and the curator of THE ELEMENTAL, an art center in Palm Springs (California), born from the partnership between EpicenterProjects (a curatorial curatorial platformcreated by the artist CristopherCichocki in the Valley of Coachella Valley) and the Foundation LAccolade.

He has beeń the curator and producer of numerous exhibitions, among the mostus recent ones "University of Disaster"at the 2017 Venice Biennale as part of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Pavilion. Bosnia and Herzegovina with as guest artist Radenko Milak the exhibitions "Nothing is true, everything is alive" in 2021 and "Life Entangled"in 2022 in Paris produced by the Foundation LAccolade or again the exhibition "Gaia Hypothesis - Chapter One : Earth, FireWater, Air" in 2022 at THE ELEMENTAL in Palm Springs (California), "Symbiosium - Speculative Cosmogonies" in 2023 (at the Fiminco Foundation in Romainville, as part of a carte blanche at the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles).
