A graduate of the ESSEC MBA and the Master's degree in Arts & Media from the Schulich Business School in Toronto, Laure set up a film and music festival and an exhibition for the St Petersburg Tercentenary in Paris in 2003, and worked for the RMN and the Metropolitan Museum of Art (2001).

For 10 years, she managed the European entity of the Lord Group, an international leader in museum consulting and programming, and became Executive Vice President of the group in 2011. Her various missions led her to contribute to complex and multicultural projects such as the Cité du Vin in Bordeaux, the Quai Branly Museum, the Louvre-Lens, the Hermès creations conservatory, the Monnaie de Paris, the Musée des Civilisations de La Réunion; or the development of large-scale international projects such as the Heydar Aliyev Centre (Baku, Azerbaijan), the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Dharan, Saudi Arabia), the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum (Geneva, Switzerland), the Jeongok Museum of Prehistory (Korea), M Avenue (Marrakech, Morocco) or the Olympic Museum (Lausanne, Switzerland)

She designed Forward +50, the first "serious game" to raise awareness of climate issues for UNEP, presented at the Rio +20 Earth Summit.

Laure contributed to the creation and was administrator of the endowment fund of Magnum Photos, and of Lab'Bel, the endowment fund for contemporary art of the Bel Group. She is a director of EDMUS (FRUP for the fight against multiple sclerosis) and active in SINGA. She regularly lectures at Sciences Po, Paris-Dauphine and the Sorbonne, after having taught cultural entrepreneurship at ESSEC. In 2015, she co-founded Manifesto with Hervé Digne, of which she is Managing Director.

She works on all strategic projects in France and abroad. In 2021, they co-foundedassociation ADLCA, (Association pour le Développement des Lieux de Création d'Artistes) of which she is the Co-President, in particular to animate POUSH.
