Léo Marin is an independent curator, editor and art critic.
He is one of the co-founders of Éditions Born And Die (BAD) with Aurélie Faure and Ivan Dapic. Since 2014, he has also directed the contemporary section of Galerie Eric
Mouchet in Paris - Saint-Germain-des-Prés and in Brussels since 2022. In charge of young artists' programming, he puts together a team of French and
and international artists. He is a member of the Conseil d'Administration des Commissaires d'Exposition Associés (C-E-A) and of A.I.C.A. France since
2018. He defends a non-elitist approach to art criticism that is accessible to all. He is the author of numerous texts and exhibition catalogs.

With the residency The Possible Island - Vulcano (Sicily) in 2021, he develops and disseminates island and ecological issues and problems, turning the island into a continent on an individual scale. Supported by UNESCO and the Centre Volcanologique de Clermont Ferrand.
As "Curateur On The Run", he is involved in major projects (first retrospective exhibition of South African artist Kendell Geers, first exhibition in France of trans-American artist Wells Chandler, exhibition and representation of Afghan artist Kubra Khademi, Drawing Lab prize-winner, defense of the SUZANE group of performers for the AICA Prize for Art Criticism, UNESCO patronage for Louis-Cyprien Rials' work "Les Portes de Mossoul", etc.). It takes advantage of each of its residencies (Générator, Coast Contemporary, Atelier Solar) and its financial support (CNAP, Institut Français, Île de France region, Fondation des Artistes), to accompany artists with singular voices and unconditional commitment.
