A graduate of the London School of Economics, Tristan van der Stegen began his career in 1999 in organisation and management consulting. In 2012, he created a cultural engineering consultancy, specialising in training, communication and project management related to contemporary art. His experience has been developed with art and cultural institutions, international contemporary art fairs and luxury brands.
In 2015, Tristan van der Stegen joined the Suzanne Tarasiève gallery (Paris). Since 2018, he has been director at Xippas Paris. Xippas Gallery is also based in Geneva and Punta del Este.
Tristan van der Stegen has been teaching at the School of Art and Culture (EAC) since 2013, in the International MBA programme, "Art, Culture and Luxury".
