Selecting and making appointments

Once the application period is closed, the Carré sur Seine team selects the applications received.

Successful applicants are notified of their selection and of the terms and conditions of participation by e-mail. They will receive the necessary login details to access their 'Artist Account'.
Candidates are invited to enter fifteen names of experts they would like to meet, together with their availability in terms of days and times, in their 'Artist Account'.
Once all the artists have expressed their wishes and indicated their availability, the appointment scheduling tool will automatically go through several iterations to maximize the match between the artists' requests and the experts' schedules. The aim is to enable as many artists as possible to meet the professionals they want, and to benefit from a maximum of five appointments.
Artists will then be invited to confirm their agreement or to reject the appointment proposals, to enable the tool to propose new appointments.
They will have to validate the appointments by making the online payment. An invoice will be available on the 'Artist Account' page of the site.
In order to avoid abuse and preserve the peace of mind of the experts, any solicitation of an expert on behalf of the Rencontres Artistiques or Carré sur Seine is strictly forbidden and will result in cancellation of the artist's participation without reimbursement.
