Deputy editor-in-chief at Quotidien de l'Art, Alison Moss keeps a close eye on the contemporary art scene and its market, assiduously visiting national and international fairs (Art Paris, Paris Photo, Art Basel (Basel, Paris, Hong Kong, Miami), Arco Madrid/Lisbon, Artmontecarlo etc.) as well as galleries. At the same time, she contributes to publications such as Beaux Arts magazine and the quarterly Geste/s, which focuses on fine crafts, know-how and contemporary creation. A graduate of the Université Paris 1 with a Licence d'Arts plastiques (Esthétique et Sciences de l'Art) and of the Universitat de Barcelona with a Master 2 in Esthétique, where she studied the notion of Beauty in Neoplatonic philosophy, she also translates critical texts and artists' books into English, French, Spanish and Catalan, her native languages. She also regularly moderates round-table discussions with artists, art market professionals, curators and art critics at fairs (CADAF, Art Basel, Paris +...), symposia and professional days (Invaluable, The Art Market Day).
