Former diplomat André de Bussy was successively Cultural Counsellor and Director of Alliances françaises in the French Embassies of Canada, Cambodia, China, Indonesia and Pakistan, countries in which he promoted French culture in all its forms.
Today he is a municipal councillor in Boulogne-Billancourt and follows cultural life and participates in all the juries: photography and plastic arts, but also the Salon du livre and the conservatory jury.
